The next step is to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the cost of your stay within 10 days of making the initial booking. Deposits can be sent by post or can be deposited directly into the Centre's bank account (see below). Please ensure that your name and the date of the retreat you're making the deposit for appears in the reference field of the deposit slip, or is entered as the "beneficiary reference" when doing an internet transfer.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
If a booking is cancelled at least 1 week before that retreat starts, the deposit paid, less a cancellation fee of R50, will be refunded, or could be kept for later use. If a booking is cancelled less than a week before the start of a retreat, the deposit will be forfeited.
